I think that shadowed side of building should be overall darker (just like you've made it on stairs) - so that by contrast 3D-effect would be more evident.

Very nice, you grasped the essence of layering architectural stuff very well, I myself have always had problems with it and thus, I cannot make believable cityscapes. :/

It's nice, but it would be better if the outside floor got some texture.

look at good ... need more contrast and black outline aren't good - if you have more contrast than they can stay, but now ...
