An animation for my ongoing video game project. The character design changed slightly since my last submission ;) (Note: Rotation was used on some of the frames... Some consider this to be a "dirty" tool)

Favorited for the great use of motion blur and weight, and also for how the character counterbalances the sword with his legs and arm.

I don't understand how this hasn't gotten more replies. It's a great example of a good, effective game animation that reads well, has punch and is as interesting the 100th time as it was the 1st(I know because I've been starting at this for 5 minutes now). This truly stands out from the majority of animations shown here at pixeljoint which are heavy in secondary motions like hair blowing, clothing rippling, body jiggling, etc and, but are always completely lacking in the primary motion that the animation is supposed to be about.

Please keep posting these animations.
