He is saying that you should dither it because the color transitions aren't smooth, and is wondering if you drew it all by hand because it looks like you used the ellipse and circle tool.

This is pretty funny.  Keep working on it.

dither it it doesnt look smool at all.. and did yo draw all of it by hand because it looks like you used eclipse and ound rectangle tool also
