Not really gorillaz style at all.
The eyes aren't round, should try referancing the style.

The hair looks really good! Decent colorchoices there. Sadly the other colors are a bit boring. Try some hue-shifting - I suggest. Also the shirt looks beveled, rethinking the shading there would improve the piece.
