I actually like the hair the way it is. I like the contrast of the solid, bold colour of the hair next to the heavily dithered and shaded face. Although, the sharp outline of her cupid's bow bugs me a bit, but apart from that I think it's wonderful
Lol, I even started shading the hair, but I was waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too lazy and I knew I would never finish it, and even if I did it would look like shit, so I just quit :P

Anyhoo, I think this couldve been done with 4 colors, or 6 colors with shading+highlight on the hair. the hair seems too saturated, but im a noob so i might be wrong
