dithering is what you did on the dirt/rock, you know, the pixel pattern...

You should really make round edges on the bottom of the floating platforms. no excuses! And the dithering is really unnescessary (I spelled that wrong). Delete it or better, make rock texture

It's missing tiles. Like wall tiles and hanging bottom tiles.

Other than that, I don't like your dithering, but I guess it's alright.

I got a limit amount of tiles required from my tutor to do this background...so many parts doesn't connect well....thx for comment! XP

You need to modularize this. The pieces don't connect smoothly, its unpleasing to the eye.
