My challenge entry. Hopefully it fits the rules. They say to make a flower electric, so I represented flowers as being power. 27 colours, not counting the preview.

The main reason it's so high is the window. I don't know how to reduce that.

Also, the background looked too plain to me, and I needed dithering practice.

27 colors?! You should try to preserve colors more, and a plain background couldve been far more effective.
