an old forum signature i made a few months ago 13 colours including the background and the 1 pixel wide black border 11 colours on the characters themselves i know it could look smoother but it was my first peice that i dithered alot, im used to using AA to smooth out trasitions and my peices usually have alot of colors in them

the black guy looks like his arms are too short, and too much dithering, and a couple other minor things, but this is good.
