As for the shapes just two little things. First the hand is a bit odd. If it is suposed to be a human hand I suggest a bit of review there. The second is a personal issue, I'm not really in hangin' boobs like this, but to define a real shape for them leads to issues of shading.
So as for shading. Skin tones are really hard to distingush. As it looks really flat too I suggest adding some contrast there. The grays of the cloth are a bit boring too, try some hue variations there! The whites on the face seem to be a bit random though it doesn't seem to be a problem with this low contrast.
Try to define shapes a bit more with shading. Especially nipples! It will make a lot of extra dots! And I'd really like too see those boobs lifted up a bit (just personel preferance)!
