I think you should change the shading on the front one to the same light source as the profile one, for consistency and so it's not mirrored. Also the necks are different in size and so are the noses, everything else is great though.

I like the front one a lot, actually, but the neck looks a lot bigger on the front campared to the side. and as withalligators said, it looks very post modern graffiti. it's a neat style!

The front looks a little creepy, lol. I guess it's just because he has some big eyes. But I'm really liking the lips on the front angle view. I like the side view a lot as well. I like how you gave it a bold black outline, without it, it probably wouldn't give it as much character. Anyways, nice job and good style. :)
