The tilt could've been her scanning the picture slightly crooked but i didn't really notice it that much, the head being tilted was on purpose, and I know the face gave him a lot more personality, but I felt he needed the mask.

really looks like you caught someone while they where doing a dramatic walk. For poeple who say head is off, that is how your head can move if you walk over dramaticly.

The dithering is pretty good, and has a nice feel.

But it's too bad his head/face isn't the same as in the drawing. That really gave him a lot more character and personality, and it's missing in this Pixel Art. I think this would be a lot better if you took another shot at it. ;)

I like it... head seems a little off though.

Character is tilted (espetially the head). It's to far to the left. Mirror it horizontally and see what I mean.
