:D These new pixels are a massive improvement over your old stuff...And not just the three pixels you just submitted here, your stuff that you've been posting all over the site too. Overall, what I'm liking most is your hue-shifting skillz and your colour choices.
I guess that didn't really have that much to do with this exact piece, but if there was a better place to post comments about an artist in general I'd post it there...but such place does not exist...
Anyway, specifically about this piece - I love the cute character and the great style of the clouds. In terms of C&C the AA on the right side of the balloon just isn't working all that well, it still looks very jaggy. Also maybe consider AA on the string.
