I'll elaborate on what these guys are saying:

Well sumomoli, it is usually a bad idea to make an extremely large pixel art like this one. Things tend to get out of proportion and you do not pay attention to the fine details. Pixel Art is a very precise artform and you should start out small to learn the effect of placing pixels in precise manner.

It looks so much better in the preview. I think you should redo it like how the preview is, it would look much better in my opinion.

it's not jpeg it's gif and it is pixel art i just shrunk the original image way down.
