The pencil effect is great

It's almost 2 years old drawing so it's only positive if this version is better :D

looks better than you're real drawing. (im not saying its bad though)

I suggest increasing the contrast a bit. Not much, not to lose the soft feel. Maybe darkening the skin a little and using an existing color for highlights.

Hand looks flat to me too, that I have to admit but to me those bottom fingers are finished. I didn't want to make them detailed because they are kind of in the shade and making them detailed kind of ruined the hand even more as I tried it.

The pencildrawn effect is really convincing. Though the hand is kinda flat and the bottom fingers seem to be unfinished.

The hand has some minor anatomy issues but considering the fact that hands are probably one the hardest things to draw...this is pretty damn good!  I really like how it came out
