Quess what? One Piece again :D Her name is Caimie and that little starfish guy is Papagg. Caimie is mostly called Camie but I dislike that name really much because to me it seems cut fof or something.
I haven't seen the official colors for this character anywhere so I googled if there was any good colors and I found one I liked. http://thumbnail080.mylivepage.com/chunk80/1537067/1123/small_keimy.jpg.jpg The colors are based on that picture.
Personally I like how the upper half of Caimie turned out but that fishy part kind of annoys me. Mostly because it was a real pain to make it look like a fish.
