You've captured the essence of the rose really well. Leaves, less so (as Luca says, pillowshading is the problem there -- the actual divisions are still accurate) The little pale flowers are random. I suggest taking all but two out -- the ones nearest to the centre of the two nearest rose petals.. which should give them more of a 'decorative' rather than 'invasive' look.
Everyone else probably missed the bright pixels around the edge, but my theme is dark so they show up easily. If you meant to antialias to white, I suggest you make the background white -- otherwise it'd look more consistent if you removed the outside antialiasing. You may notice that it's conspicuously avoided by a majority of Pixel Joint artists.
The two rightmost leaves are really good examples of how to shade rose leaves. It's like after that, you looked at all the rest of the leaves and said 'GAAAAH! I'll just do this so it looks roughly right and I'm not here forever.' :)
My favorite part in this picture is actually the bud, because it's so crisp.

Aaah that's beautiful! somethings a little off with the leaves, not sure what... they look a bit spongy? i much prefer the ones furthest to the right. Other than that, amazing work, Especially with 22 colours!
