you see the frame window? Well click on the little "..." symbol, then click on transperant, the click on the little eye dropper, then click the color you want to be transperent.

i use GraphicsGale my self, but i don't understand how the "Transparent" button works

I'm useing GraphicsGale, you can get a 30 day trial on there website (i don't have the url) just search it on google :P
