It's form fitting, there's little difference between this and a sprite edit. 98% of the work is Anlina's, and the swimsuit is just a trace really.

I'd say, this doll looks bad by itself. Symmetrical pillow shaded, jaggy one-color outline, bad proportions and posture.

Pillow shading on the bottom part :S Basically that's just the doll with differently colored parts. You should do more intresting design on that swimsuit or something to make it actually "your show". Now it's good look comes from the doll only.
