nah mentira xD... por ahi el dibujo está mal sombreado y tenes mal uso de AA y sel out y toda la bola... lo mejor sería que te estudies algo de anatomía que es lo mejor ^^, porque por lo que se ve, lo dibujaste empezando desde cualquier parte sin guias ni nada, y eso no siempre es lo mejor ;), tmb podrias poner una foto tuya para ver como quedo en realidad xD

There's way too much white background. The size of the image can really be cut to almost half by cropping the white parts. Transparency wouldn't hurt either...

The pixel art itself looks good. Maybe stronger lights and shadows wouldn't hurt but it depends on what each person prefers.
