Então, Eu acho que o cabelo tá bom, i que tá super exagerado é o Dithering mesmo. Sobre ele ter 54 cores, é, dava pra dar uma reaproveitada aí, eu já vi pixel arts maiores e mais detalhados com menos cores que esse (exemplo? colossal katamari, o 1º do hall da fama aqui).

Mas está ótimo. Esse é seu primeiro trabalho? o.o'

Então, caso esteja interessado em uma comunidade de pixel art brasileira, me manda uma MP o,o/

Thank you for the critics and praise :3, I'll try to not over the dithering and the colors.
Normally I do details, I tried this, but just seem only "visual pollution".

Very impressive but i agree with BlazeAce too much dithering.

Overdithered for my tastes but it works that way too. What I'd change about that picture is the fish part. It looks too boring in my opinion. Some more fins and other details maybe?

Anyway, good job and I too want to say that you shouldn't care too much about comments on amount of colors. Try fewer colors, you may like it, but it's not wrong to use lots of colors.

There are some AA issues on darker themes ... but it's still a nice job! 

While it probably doesn't need as many colors as you've used, I wouldn't worry about the palette (or the comments it creates).  If you want to use 54 colors use 'em.  It is your art after all!

I was going to tell Dog that what he said was completely uncalled for, but then I looked at the palette.

You really need to cut down on colors, a LOT. That's what he means I think. :P
