iaza.com can take care of that transparency of you. It's also capable of several other neat functions us MSpaint users haven't got.

Thank you! I am still new to pixel art, but I am getting better. I only have MSPaint, that's why it hasn't got a transparent background. :/

I don't like that gray background :S The watermelon itself looks cool but it needs more shading. Looking at it makes me smile a bit :)
