Your background for this was white as well as eyes and claws and when you removed the white background, it removed the other white parts too so now eye and claws have transparent parts. You can notice it if you change to some darker theme from your profile. But it's an interesting looking dinosaur. I like the way it's standing and having it's head up.
I think the "sel-out" (which is important to note this is not the true definition of selout, but the adopted one) Works fine. It definitely gives it that pokemon style to it, though I do think it could have been better applied. I know this is the gallery and not the critique section, but if you'd like I can whip up an edit.
Some styles use the same colour over and over again.
Some add outline to the lightest parts of the body, it's just a style I use.

I agree with TINC on this. The outline should all be the same. Nice work though!

I think you may have accidentally made parts of the toes transparent The sel-out (selective outlining) is definitely not helping this otherwise great piece.
Ahh thanks for showing me, I didnt know how to make it transparant :p

Get rid of the white background. iaza.com or download giffy.
Otherwise it's nice.
