I can't tell what it is. To be honest, nothing is right. I'd suggest opening a WIP thread in the forums if you want to improve, but I really don't even know where to begin. When you create the topic, be sure to clearly outline what the image is supposed to be, let us know what the artistic vision is so we know where to steer you.
