I meant more shape/form/color wise, but yes, this is much better. The AA doesn't really work as there's little contrast between the color used for AA and its neighbor.
AA doesn't do much if your lines are jaggy to begin with. Also, inconsistent light source and interior black lines that should never be used on a cloud. In fact, I'd avoid black outlines on a cloud altogether. And if you're going to make clouds, you've got to make them interesting. Clouds can be very interesting. This is not.
