the adductors are never covered by the quads, especially with legs akimbo - that's an anatomical falsity and that's exactly my point about them. And the fact that you can name them had nothing to do with whether you've made them the right shapes :).
If you think these are just exaggerating the existing shapes, i suggest studying legs intensely for a while. There's nothing wrong with drawing them differently, but thinking that these are done accurately (or accurately exaggerated, if that makes sense) suggests flawed knowledge, and a mistake is different than a decision.
This is more hardcore than pixeljoint is made for, if you want to talk about legs more you could IM me or something. It's hard to discuss with email-tag anyway :).

Wow, can I do a request and you make me one of these :O
I'll agree that the elbow area was for the most part invented for this piece, though the thigh area is very accurate (just exagerrated). I can name every muscle thats defined in the thigh area of this image. I'm not entirely sure I understand what you're getting at with the adductors, because these are mostly covered by the quads in a frontal vew such as this - leaving only slight hints on the inside of the quad (which I do have a little bit of on the frontmost leg)
maybe I'm misunderstanding what you're saying?

Lovely palette and technique, sway, and overall handling :) :).
i suppose in such an exaggerated piece, it may be irrelevant to note anatomical strangeness, but the elbows and thighs are totally invented in a way that actually takes away from the charm of the exaggeration and replaces it with pure distortion.
thighs mostly - adductors group is important, as is making sure that the main structural muscles move from large outside near the butt and large inside near the knee - otherwise you end up with sausages :)

The design and shading on this in incredible, it's so rich and strong. Makes me want to add it to my favourites twice. It's awesome to see new art from you again. :D
Beautiful, amazing shading and unlike a few other people I like the style of the drawing itself, aside from the pixel rendering/coloring. Splendid work!
I like it =) good work on the sweater, that beard of him really resembles hitler a bit, so does his face expression ^^, the chain is really nice aswell, the entire piece reminds me a bit of your orge ^^

Cool style, reminds me of Mike Haggar. Lighting on the forehead seems a bit odd though. A minimum of dithering here and there would have helped also. Anyway very good stuff.

His right leg (our left) looks very odd to me. Everything else is just fantastic.
