A soldier who has no other trade is lost after the war is over and when he is on the verge of death the devil appears and offers him a deal, if he wears a bear skin, never washes him self or cuts his nails for seven years he will always have gold in his pockets. So he decides to do it. But after some time he starts to look like a monster, So when he helps a poor farmer and is offered one of the farmer's three daughters hand in marriage the two older daughters call him a monster but the youngest says she will, because he saved them from having to sell there home. so he says he must go wonder around for three years and will return. for the next three years the two older sisters torment the youngest daughter about it. after the time passed the devil appeared and washed bearskin and made him even more handsome than he ever was before. when he returns to the farmer's house they think he is a general and so he decides to trick the two older sisters and tells them that he wants to have one of the daughters hand in marriage and so they go get dressed up but the youngest stays and just stares at the ground. while the two older sisters are gone he reveals that he is bear skin and when the sisters return and are told of this they run off in a rage and one drowns herself while the other hangs herself. Later that night the devil comes to the farmer's house and tells bear skin "thanks now i have two souls in place of your one."
This is from a fairy tale by the brothers Grimm. The dude is named Bearskin and so is the fairy tale.

I think its a copout. Technically you are correct but the challenge is to force these colors into shape. I also think its not a good artistic habit to take the easy way out.
You are however correct that technically it meets the rules. I will add it because you have done so*. I still think is very sloppy and rushed and think you should make an effort to work on it more. You are getting more skilled with every piece and this seems more like a step back than anything. The biggest challenge of all is personal artistic integrity : /
