This is a steampunk victorian/tramp with a tophat and no need for legs,i used no dithering on this as i drew i previous version(with legs)whitch used divering and was a lot less shiny quality-wise,not literal shinyness of couse,even if that is true(whitch it is).

It changes the file format to gif,a file format that i dont like,i'l do it manualy though paint.net i suppose.

Nice drawing, but the background should indeed be transparant. You can not do this in paint. go to www.iaza.com to solve this problem or read the FAQ
