The piece itself is fine, but the hair has TONs of colors. Not sure if you used some blur, or Auto AA tool...possibly transparency...either way, it's considered NPA here, and unfortunately we'll have to send it back for revision, as it can easily be optimized to about 16-32 colors, as others here have repeatedly mentioned...

Seriously. If you cleaned this up a bit, and lowered the color count, it could easily be done in 15 or 16 colors

LOVE IT!  im a big fan of Akamatsu's. I suck when drawing faces so i gratz u on this (plus, i love the character)
