Yes, it's good that hyperhopper is working on his PixelArt, and this is as good a start as any. However, it's not something gallery-worthy. Keep it in your hard-drive as a sign of your progression though, and submit a finished piece when you're ready.
I think a baby can't draw this! Ponac, even though I understand what you mean it would be better if you were nice in your comments, and if you can not be nice: Don't comment! Especially for someone who has no accepted artwork in his gallery.
