This a character from another game I'm working on (none have been canceled so don't worry) The weapon he's holding isn't a gun, its a crossbow. His design is inpsired by Roman armor and such. The style is inspired by Greek and Roman art, mostly clay pot paintings and mosaics. 8 frames.

There's a 'snatch back effect, that seems out of place.
Character design has a lot of appeal though...

the arm closest to us is really bugging me, it seems to be going at a normal speed, then slows down a bit, and then just jumps a huge space over
