Bloo, as it's obvious I had already explained the situation and covered everything you said, your post was completely pointless.
Skooba, there will be a "make icon" link if the piece is usable as an icon.  Which the artist has to specify for public use, so not all pieces that fit the size restrictions may be used as an avatar.
Also, everyone copies Bisque all the time.  She didn't originate the style anyway, it's fairly generic, she just popularized it in the pixelart world.

submit only YOUR work! You don't have to upload someone else's just to use it, you know :/

Fuck, how'd I let this through.  Yeah, this isn't yours.  So you can't submit it.  Submit only YOUR OWN work.  Read the rules, we have them for a reason.  Usually this would result in a ban, but it's obvious you just misunderstood, so this time is forgiven.  You may use avatars created by others, but they must be submitted by the artists themselves.  Anyway, read the rules for you own sake, yeah?
