MSPaint is able to make the FX with  problem at all.
Take it to the forum and I'll try to find a minute to show you with an edit.

I am a Mac user so don't know much about PC programs. Check the Resource section or the links in the gallery for freebies.

Ok i accept that,i dont agree with it it,but i accept it and that you are more experianced in this subject,and thus know more about pixel art than me,on the other hand it was made in a program that has fewer features than mspaint,with added help from iaza.

I see what you mean though and will try an alternitive that'll (hopefully) give the same effect.

 

BTW,yes i am new to pixel art.

BTW(again)Do you know of any free animation programs that are any good?When i redo this i want a bit more freedom than the 30 image limit of iaza.

Suprisingly enough i've actualy heard of that band,and have seen the video i think your talking about,but no i just came up with it and thought it was a cool idea.

   Call it a long shot, but was this possibly inspired by that new "Bring me the Horizon" video's scratchy/sketchy overlay of the video type style? For some reason, that's the kinda' vibe I think you were going for. I could be wrong though...

This piece is very problematic. The staff has discussed this pixelart and it simply borders on something not pixelart for PJ gallery inclusion.
The base layer IS pixelart but the animation frames are chaotic, erratic and simply too Oekaki.
I fully understand what effect you were going for and hope you learn from this by working on the FX so that it carries the same mood but is carefully pixelled using pixelart techniques to achieve the same effect.
The image is real cool and will benefit greatly from correction...perhaps a forum thread for further clarification or any help at all?
I believe you are new to pixelart and this is only meant to help you get better at the artform and not meant as a diss whatsoever, k :)

Not at all,feel free to do that.,i made him up on the spot anyway as with all chars of mine,it's fun just makeing up differernt or unusual charicteristics.
