fix the flash with a few frames of his glasses sliding back down slowly.  This ought to get accepted.  I wonder if there's an issue with using the no avatar base as the foundation.  They accept dolls from people so i don't see why this won't make it. 

This is really nice except for that blinking in the animation

This isn't bad but the all white frame, frame #2, is really kind of weird. Remove that frame and you won't have that weird blinking effect.

Much better.

But you didn't have to delete the older version, you could have just edited.
