I highly encourage you to start from scratch.  True, further pushing and sliding will make these more your own, but it's also messing with the quality now and the perspective (which was already broken in mine) has completely gone to pot.

just build from a sketch or wire frame, measure all the angles, build up form and detail...you're already doing it on the orcs and goblins pretty well so I'm not sure why you are still working off my sprite - it's not helping you.
