i wanted each element to be rather symbolic(al? :P my english still needs some practice ;) )than realistic.

I love the style in general but the mountains look more like giant rocks. Tthe tree looks a tad too "plastic" ,I think it's the highlight, and the gras looks more like straws of paper. But it looks good together though.. Ohw and I really like the characters, but I was wondering why the characters and the building have a different perspective. :)

Your remake is so much better. I really love the improved characters.

I was working on a simluar game for my psp using luna.. this is very nice and high res too.

The first one is made up of graphics from the Rpg Maker 2000 RTP (by Enterbrain), deffinitely an improvement. /thumbs up
