This is pretty cool. I agree with skamocore about the background (the jagged outside lines need AA). Also, the middle of the back of the ear seems a bit over-AAed. Those were my only nitpicks.

Yes, although, some places could be a bit better, maybe try making the lightest shade of AA a bit lighter. Also, I know it's usually discouraged here, but maybe make the background white and try AAing to the background as well. - right now the jaggy outline seems to not be consistent with the AAing on the inner lines.

And I really like your use of colour here :D
