Jestem zdecydowanym przeciwnikiem przerysowywania z fotek,bo...bo i po co to robić?;P
Kolory są nieciekawe,no i wszędobylski dithering  psujący efekt..ale przynajmniej się napracowałeś;)

i wanted to make a training of making good pallete. Until today i used to use not wide pallete... And I had to use dithering. I thought "i'll give up with dither"... And I restricted. I should make more exercises with palletes, because choose of colours is my imperfection.... But I'm learning yet... :P

I really love the pose, but I agree with jalonso (how can you not), I think you're able to do this with less colors.

A lot of banding on the legs, it seems.
The dithering on the shoes (and hip) is odd since you don't have this sort of pixelling anywhere else.
You can produce smoother color transitions with less colors too.
