well, this is my what the character, with feet and a walk animation, i used rotation just to let you know, thats why there are some minor artifacts but anyway, tell me what you think.

 most of the character is complete, but the problem is its not animated by frames, its animated paper mario style, so i cant post the sweet gun and stuff that he actually has already, (the gun is sorta like his boots) and im not gonna post a colour count because itll be unintentionally high since i havnt bothered to clean up all of the rotations aa (it took long enough to do what i have here)

withalligators is right, clean up the rotated parts and you can resubmit.

I'd almost feel bad about it but you've been a complete dick to everyone who comments on your pieces.

There's nothing wrong with layers or rotation as tools to help you get there.  But if you don't clean it up by going over it  then either A) it ain't done, or B) it ain't PA.  I don't want to sound like a prick for the rules, but you have very little work left on to do and this: "i havnt bothered to clean up all of the rotations aa (it took long enough to do what i have here)" is lame.

Wow you responds so aggresively after ONE negative comment, wich was a helpfull comment in my opinion. I agree with xXHalfieXx and withalligators, this needs a lot of work (cleaning up and finishing this piece).

The placement of the legs needs some work. Although the skeletroids use rotation, the artist takes the time to clean it up.

ive seen other pieces with rotation and ive seen pieces that use layering
(i dont) and i dont think ppl should be so strict about what a piece has, i used rotation because my game is purely made using a paperdoll animation technique and any other form wouldnt fit, using rotation doesnt mean this piece wasnt drawn or animated by me, its still pixel art and i post it here since this all it will ever get to be in pixel art form, and i would like for people to enjoy it rather than to get mad cause its not animated purely on mspaint

btw the skeletroids guy uses rotation, dont see any prblm using it here, and you have to realise i spent alot of time removing stuff i didnt want from the rotation, any ways thanks for the feedback, im not saying im right either. just dont turn art into something littered with rules, its supposed to be free expression not communism, animation techniques should be exempt from PA rules (except if you use something REAAAALLLY cheap, like 3d programs or flash) i used powerpoint and edited frame by frame so just as to get it perfect, then redrew ontop of the shit it left behind

clean up the artifacts dude.  It can take as long as it takes but why are you posting it in the gallery if its not done?  post it in the forum if you absolutely need to show it to people.  Sorry to sound like a jerk.  Besides that until you go over the rotation stuff I think it's NPA.   The Body's shading and such are nice, you ought to wait until you have a finished piece so all your hard work is worth showing off.
