The monitor looks kind of like a TV (as skeddles said) , the mouse needs some work either, but it looks really nice, i love isometrical pixel art! keep it up

definitely pixel art, but where's the fantasy/steam punk/scifi theme?

Also, with shading monitors I'd steer away from dithering it like it .
