Haha, this is insane! It's a bit rough in a few places (maybe even a lot of places) but the style is hilarious and makes the choppiness work really well. I'd love to see more in this style.

maybe if you speed up the frame delay the image would look as frenetic as its supose to be, like this (6/100). if you do so, add more animation to the bullets so they would look so choppy. its too evident that the same particle is just resized/deleted instead of showing movement from the gun to the floor.

and try to add some light sources to emphasise even more the rapid gun fire.
