Wow I'm really getting into the whole pixel art business! Thoroughly enjoying doing them now ^_^ This is my third TF2 work, using the same reference picture (http://features.cgsociety.org/stories/2007_11/team_fortress/char01.jpg).

I quite like your low-contrast dithering, it suits the TF2 style... you can either do that or get rid of the dithering completely, because some parts really have high contrast.

Is good... But, you could use wider red pallete. Uniform have too much dith. It is very popular mistake of begginers... And my old mistake too. Too much dithering, a few colors. But saturation, colours tone, contrast and style is very good ;) I think, you deserve for 5/6 ;)
