thats great, just the walking north animation looks like his arms arent moving, and his torso is just turning.

I agree with the rest that his head and hair should have just a touch of movement. Only because the rest of the movement is so COOl though :D Good stuff.

I think it would look better if the head moved a little, other than how it exactly follows the body now.
