Very good in parts (face, hand, decorative plants)! But somehow girl's bottom is more detailed than the rest of the body (it has highlights, shadows andd even dithering!) and roundness is unrealistically accentuated in it's top part. Other thing to work on is hair - curves are not clean and unlogical.

By the way, do you like Mucha?
