maybe because of the texture of the hat, the orange of the hat and the BG.Its very realistic, but the woman is too ugly :)

Please use the 'edit details' whenever you need to correct or revise any art you submit.By consensus the PJ membership prefers all pixelart at 1X with zoom option intact.

Ah, didn't notice the zoom option - right. I'll not post zooms anymore then. Actually the zoom thing is kind of sucky because it blurs the results, at least with my browser.I'll reduce the colors of Emma once I get Lady Nico done. Thanks again for the advice.

bug or not, 256 colors is a lot.. not that i don't like this piece, but i'm not sure if this qualifies as pixel-art as defined here..
also, you've seemingly uploaded a jpeg or something that was saved from a lossy format. also² there's no need to upload zoomed versions as we've got this lovely zoom buttons (people are using 'em, believe me)

It's very odd, I marked 256 colors when I uploaded, but it doesn't show in the details. :-oEven now if I go to edit, it's still marked with 256. Bug?
