Actually it wasn't gradient but i used MS Paint for this one. so It took along time to do the BG but I didn't know that the lesser the colors was better. (pixel noob) :( I figured it was the other way around. But I'll definitely Do some dithering. or just limit the pixels. I could also make it a night sky. with stars.

Idea isn't bad, but... That's definitely gradient. Should be removed.

Did you use a gradient tool? If so, that classifies as NPA... You have to limit your color usage...
