I'm a sucker for anything Castlevania-related! I love the rich palette and strong contrast. The dithering is really bold and works better than I would've imagined with such strong contrast between the shades.
thanks. Ya I think maria is the weakest part of the peice. The overuse of dithering is cause I wanted to keep the color count very low (as the competition specified) without having things looking blotchy. I do have a tendency to use to much dithering though, Ive been meaning to do some more stuff to practice not using dithering but havnt had the time. ya I see the AA on the moon is wrong though, I should look into that.
I really like the composition here! I especially like Richter and Alucard's poses. The use of Castle Dracula in the top left is a nice touch, as is the use of the bat and candle in the lower right. The bat and candle just look great - I especially like the way you depicted the smoke coming from the candle.
As for crits; the yellow circle around the castle isn't antialiased properly and looks odd because of it; Maria's visible leg looks to me to be strangely positioned or too thin; the word "starring" has two "r"s, not one; and I'm not fond of the dithering used everywhere, especially in the blue area by Count Dracula's face.
My favorite part of this poster is Richter. He just looks perfect! Also, I think that for this challenge, your poster shows the best use of a palette and best composition, so it gets my only vote :)

Nice representations and great use of the palette. IMO, the dithering works.
