This reminds me a lot of Karen O. of the Yeah Yeah Yeah's. It looks quite good, but you have chopped off skull! Remember that the eyes are halfway between the top of the head and chin, not higher up.

I like the detail palette better than the preview's. Great job capturing the colored pencil aesthetic! The style reminds me of an illustration you might see in a children's book.
