ok so high color count is indeed a major fault that keeps images from being published. i didn't know that. maybe i should read the forum rules... this was all hand pixeled, i think it's easy too see that. i don't have time to cheat on pixel forums, believe me. anyway my friend liked it and that's all that counts.

I simply let GraphicsGale count them. And I understand, but I think the color count is what's keeping it in the queue. Because there are so many similar colors it looks like some sort of jpeg effect

how do you know how many colors there are?
anyway i don't really count them, this is not for a game, it's just for fun.
