Based on the illustration of Yebba Dim Day by Clive Barker. From the book Abarat, also written by Clive Barker. I've had this drawn for a while, but the rest of it isn't finished. I just wanted a new avatar, mainly.

10/30/11: Second picture is based on the surt fad that is happening. I had to try this. The colors are chosen from DawnBringer's 16 color palette. EDIT: Changed colors.

 Thanks! I took a pretty long hiatus from pixeling a few years back and I had a laptop then, and it's always a bit tricky to get colors right on those things. I do like the way it turned out, though. It was a part of a much bigger WIP (this is just one of twenty-five islands), however I lost all of my old files when that computer died (that'll teach me to not back up my files). Maybe one day I'll start it up again but right now it isn't a priority.

The crazy dithered shapes in the background are great! And I love the palette and the horizontal-lines shading.
