Jeremy, thx :).... well it took me about a hole day, but i guess more time took me to fix the animation :S.... dont know why i had that problem... if you can, try to check the original animation aswell is the real speed, i didnt knwo why in IE, Google Chrome and maybe some other browser, it looks little slowly :S

If you used iaza.com to animate the frames then you are kinda stuck because iaza only has one timing for frames. Other programs have the ability for you to indicate what timing is on each frame, creating the timing you seek. Its really just the tongue that needs speed so don't worry to much this week and look into animation software for future animations since you have the vision to do so. If you use a PC there are some free ones out there. Macs are tougher and most likely not free. I use ImageReady/Photoshop to animate. I think Photoshop Elements has a mini ImageReady in it and comes free with other stuff like digital cameras and some tablets. Its out there somewhere ;)
I will download a copy of your file and animate for you with some speed to it. I'll post here where you can find it. You can then if you like it 'edit details' to add the new one. I will only change timing nothing else :)
